All orders will be shipped within 3 working days of your purchase. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund (excluding delivery) up to 10 days after you receive your order. Please email info@c-l-a-n.co to arrange your return containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which items you are returning.

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. All goods must be returned in their original condition and package. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product. We will accept unworn and unwashed items.
We are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt.
